My name is Melissa and I am located in CT. I started my career off as a preschool teacher a little over 22 years ago. Throughout my career, I have taught all ages from birth through 12th grade. But I felt like something was missing, and I was determined to do something I'm passionate about and have always been. I fell in love with videography at around the ripe young age of 9 years old and practiced with my dad's video camera. I always wanted to hold it on my shoulder and try recording. By the time I was 16 I finally got my own camera and I recorded everything and everyone! I just loved having every precious moment on video! Family members would then start asking me if they could have a copy of this or that event that I filmed. I'm truly passionate about videography because it is something you can relive that you'll never get back! I personally still love to watch things like Christmas with my family when I was little, and my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary party - they've been gone for 27 years but I can still watch that and see them together with us, moving, and hear their voices.
